What Does God Think?

Have you ever truly contemplated what God is thinking? It seems like every day of our lives we are concerned with and place great importance on what other people think about us. Don’t believe me? Hop on social media, scroll through some of your friends posts and tell me what you think. At one time or another, all of us have placed importance on what a spouse, friend, coworker or boss think. We go to great lengths and sacrifice hoping they will tell us how much they think of us.


Imagine if we spent the same amount of energy focused on what God thinks of us. Would how we go about our daily lives and how we interact with people or speak to our friends and family change?


Psalms 139:17 says, How precious to me are your thoughts, God! Starting today, I encourage you to focus more on pleasing God than adding another “friend” who likes your social media page…
