With the upcoming anniversary of 9-11, I want us to look at the freedoms we have as citizens of the United States but even more importantly through Christ

Paul tells us in the Book of Galatians to stand fast in the liberty we have through Jesus. The term "stand fast" is used in military maneuvers where a soldier is instructed to remain strong.

It is only through a personal relationship with Christ do we receive true freedom; not the false freedom that the world offers.

In Jesus, we can achieve the freedom from constant worry and pursuit of worldly possessions (how much is enough?).

As we reflect on the inalienable rights provided by our Creator and sacrifice of His Son to secure these rignts, I encourage you to ask Jesus to grant these beautiful freedoms to you.

I hope you have a peaceful and restful Sabbath...

Pastor Aaron
