What drew you to Jesus? Was it a sincere desire to change? Or, did you want to simply your quality of life? It seems like many have equated a personal relationship with Jesus and His Word as simply “self help” or good advice. In the Book of Matthew (10:34), Jesus said, “Do not think that I came to bring peace on earth. I did not come to bring peace but a sword”. In other words, Jesus came to save the world from the world.
